Terms of Service

By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using GreenParrot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

GreenParrot is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking personal care, wellness, and professional services with independent service providers (“Partners”). GreenParrot is not itself a service provider — we facilitate bookings between clients and Partners.

Partners are independent businesses or sole traders. GreenParrot does not employ Partners and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services they provide.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update it as needed. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to other users or the platform.

When you book a service through GreenParrot, you are entering into a contract with the Professional directly. GreenParrot acts as a payment intermediary and booking facilitator only.

Cancellation policy: Each Professional sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed on their studio page and during checkout. GreenParrot’s platform-wide default is free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee as specified by the Professional.

No-shows (failing to attend a booked appointment without cancelling) may result in a no-show fee charged to your payment method on file.

GreenParrot processes payments via Stripe. By making a booking, you authorise GreenParrot to charge your payment method for the agreed service price plus any applicable fees.

GreenParrot charges a platform service fee (currently 5% + €5/month for Professionals). Clients see the full service price inclusive of any applicable charges.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payouts to Professionals are processed by Stripe Connect subject to Stripe’s terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other clients or Professionals
• Attempt to circumvent our platform (e.g. arranging bookings outside GreenParrot to avoid fees)
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Leave fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Clients may submit reviews only for services they have completed through GreenParrot. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on a real experience.

By submitting a review or any other content, you grant GreenParrot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, including content that is defamatory, offensive, or fraudulent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GreenParrot and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any services booked through it.

GreenParrot’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GreenParrot in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on GreenParrot — including the name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to GreenParrot UAB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also submit disputes to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
